“Greg and his crew added a 16X16 screened deck to our home. The deck had to be designed so as to not limit sight of the back yard or light in the house. It has several electrical outlets, a light and fan, 2 outside entry doors and stairways. It has cedar planks and columns and looks more like a mountain lodge than a simple screened-in porch. We, along with our friends and nieghbors, believe it is beautiful. Greg and his crew were wonderful to work with, especially if we decided on a change at the last minute. Prices were very fair. Everything was kept clean and orderly. I highly recommend this company.”

“I can't speak highly enough about the job Pemberley Properties did through out the construction of our home. My wife and I had never built a house, so we were very concerned about finding the right contractor for such a large scale project. We interviewed several contractors and talked with prior customers of all of them. Finally we decided on Ken because he was willing to focus on keeping the project in our budget (which was very important to us), and we felt like he was trying to insure we got the house we wanted and took care of all the details. And there were plenty of details involved because our house is handicap friendly. And we loved our house after it was done. Even after we moved in, he reached out several times our first year in to make sure that any issued that popped up were fixed. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“These guys were great, we did a whole house remodel and couldn't be happier. We have done other projects with different builders in the past and were reluctant to take on such a large project. It was so refreshing to work with a builder that truly understood what we wanted from a design aspect and were able to execute within a tight budget and timeframe. They completed the job a few weeks ahead of time and the quality is top notch. We wont be doing any more remodeling for a long time but when we do we will definitely be calling ECO. “We are getting our basement done by Segway Properties and I have to say we don't regret the decision that we made at all. Their star employee by far is Brandon who is always professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He is always around to answer questions and is extremely knowledgeable. “My husband and I worked with RHR renovating our current home, which is on this site under Grant Park Whole House Renovation #3. This project was a massive undertaking and one we wouldn't have even considered doing if not for RHR!! The house was not livable when we purchased it. Our project included adding a second story, redoing the entire layout, adding substantial foundation work, installing all new systems, restoring 4 fireplaces, rebuilding the front porch, adding a screened in patio, etc. A project of this magnitude can be very stressful. However, I am happy to report that our experience was not largely due to our partnership with RHR. The final product they delivered was better than we imagined it could be and we are so thankful we made the decision to go forward with it! RHR was a joy to work with! They kept up with every detail along the way, oftentimes even reminding us of things we had requested months previously. Their knowledge and experience helped us make better decisions. The subcontractors they partner with are respectful, friendly, hardworking, and extremely skilled at their lines of business. RHR followed up on any requests, changes, or questions we had immediately. Overall, I highly recommend them!”
