“We just happened to come across the PMP crew working while walking in our neighborhood - their excellent work on that particular project is what prompted me to give them a call for our project (brick stairway replacement). Leo was very informative in answering our questions in our initial email exchanges, and he also made the effort on a Saturday - to suit our schedule - to come over to outline the project plan, provide a quote, and offer other options and alternatives. The team was able to schedule our stairway replacement during their busy Spring schedule - one that included other projects of a bigger scale. However, thoroughness and attention-to-detail was not overlooked, and not once did we feel that our project was a "lower priority". PMP reached out to schedule the start date, they showed up on time as promised, and completed the project in 2 days. No rushing, no cutting corners. The final result was better than imagined. Amazing craftsmanship and detail in all aspects of the brickwork, pointing, and design. The new stairs certainly enhance the "curb-appeal" at the front of the house, and the crew even went above-and-beyond by performing some needed touch-up work at the bottom of our front door. Clean-up was spectacular - like they were never there. The PMP crew have certainly earned their great reputation. Leo personally stopped over - not a phone call or text - to ensure the project was completed to a high standard and to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction. We would highly recommend PMP Construction!”

“The customer service at Ideal is amazing! My project started when I accidently walked into their show room in Waltham & saw a paver I thought looked nice. I needed a new patio anyway so I talked to a sales person & they were fantastic. I talked to a delightful man named Myles & he walked me through EVERY STEP of the project so I knew what to expect. When I figured out I was in a little bit over my head Myles gave me the business cards of a few contractors in my area. The contractors they provided were all so professional & friendly, they were a joy to work with. (I felt bad I could only chose one). The contractor I did chose (Gustavo Maradiaga from J&J Contracting Corp.) worked so well with Ideal, the process was seamless. I was so thrilled with Ideal, the quality of their products & their kind, courteous & professional approach that I ended up updating my drive way too. I honestly can't say enough nice things about Ideal & the people who work there.”

“I have recently moved to Worcester, and had been struggling to find a landscaper who could help with my ideas for my new house. I called several people who did not return the call or did not show up, so I joined Angie's List. Enter Ideal Landscaping. Chris returned my call immediately and showed up on time to look over the project. I had quite a laundry list of things to be done, including stump and tree removal, flower bed prep in two areas, under deck excavation with weed block and stone installed, and a light post installed with a conduit line for my electrician. He listened carefully to what I needed, made suggestions and within a few days came back with an itemized proposal that included everything I needed done. The day the work was to begin he and his crew arrived on time with all the necessary equipment, and after introductions they got right to work. And what impressive work it was. Perfectly defined flowerbeds ready for spring bulbs and future plants, and the area under the deck is now beautifully graded and covered with good looking brown stone. He even reminded me to print out my coupon from Angie's list for a pretty decent discount - something I was unaware of. I consider this to be pretty impressive honesty. We had some issue with the electrician we hired to run the conduit after Chris and his team did the work, ( miscommunication where the electrician did not want to do any digging...) Chris came BACK, opened the trench back up and adjusted the conduit so the electrician did not have to dig anything at all. After the electrician was finished his team then returned right away to cover the trench back over. Totally above and beyond what he had to do. While he was there he took more time out of his day to bounce around some ideas for spring plantings with me. My garden needs a lot of work, so I feel lucky to have found such a true professional ....I am looking forward to spring!”
