“Shayna Clark, landscape designer for Avila Landscape & Design, transformed our dirt backyard and builder grade front-yard into a California oasis of beauty and tranquility. Utilizing the existing Spanish theme of our house, she infused tropical and drought tolerant plants, added a conversational fire-pit, dramatic landscape lighting, a cascading water fountain and a complete outdoor BBQ kitchen. Shayna balanced natural and man-made elements into a functional paradise for us enjoy in our retirement years. Throughout the process, Shayna worked closely with us to meet our wants and budget in a professional and patient manner. Service and complete satisfaction such as we experienced is an ever diminishing quality and are grateful to have discovered Shayna and Avila.”

“We have used Revolution Landscape for 3 projects over the last 5 years (a steep hillside; removal of grass and installation of a pond and raised garden beds and shaded deck/arbor in back yard; and turf removal/water-wise redesign of front yard). We also use them for regular landscape maintenance. We never spent much time out in or had much interest in the landscaping of our small suburban yard until Revolution inspired us. We now thoroughly enjoy our many fruit trees, our fresh garden vegetables, and relaxing on our side deck listening to the little waterfall and enjoying a glass of wine. They are attentive, listen well to budget concerns, and give really educated advice on plant selection in addition to being realistic about schedules and project completion. The crew is professional, friendly, and responsive.”

“Paradise Designs just completed my backyard remodel. I could not be happier! Our designer, Paul Daniels, listened carefully to our needs and came up with a plan that kept costs down and reused plants and pavers already on site. We had a tight budget but the finished result feels luxurious to me. I was very impressed at how easy Paul and his crew made the whole process. He was there often to oversee the project and his crew was polite and worked very quickly. They installed an automatic watering system, built a retaining wall and steps, created a combination paver/gravel patio and planted a wide variety of succulents and other low-water plants. It is beautiful and easy to take care of. We got a lot of bids but Paul's design was by far the best and I could tell in the interview process that he was a very knowledgeable professional. I am so thrilled with my new backyard. A friend who is a real estate agent asked how much we spent--when I told him, he said that we had just added twice that price to the value of our home. Better quality of life and increased home value? You just can't ask for more.”

“The project was to supply landscaping for the area around a new pool. Torrey Pines (TPLC) was suggested by the pool contractor after an earlier recommended Landscaper proved too inflexible. TPLC provided a plan and was happy to make adjustment to meet our requirements. They were a joy to work with and worked well with the pool company as well. The results were so pleasing that I hired them to redo most of the rest of my landscaping which they did equally well. They provide a high quality service and charge accordingly, but, I believe, fairly,”

“Nathan did a wonderful job with our landscaping project. We were looking for an efficient plan, that had contemporary lines which was still warm and inviting. Nathan delivered on the designs. He did a great job listening to our list of requests and his work came in on time and budget. Nathan and his team were also incredibly pleasant and professional to work with. They really thought a lot about our project and continued to refine and improve on the design and final landscaping throughout the process. It's also been wonderful, that he has continued to help with on going maintenance.”
