“We'd had a bad experience with a general contractor who built a new ensuite shower that ended up leaking because they'd punctured the membrane; they rebuilt it halfway and then abandoned us. Andrew came to the rescue with a beautiful retiling of the shower. He was very precise about correcting a poor slope on the floor and helped us with figuring out how to tile the bench in a better way than before (which had led to the leak). It looks gorgeous. He was tidy, punctual, polite and pleasant, and got the job completed in a very efficient way.
