“Francois was extremely helpful working with me to install the terra cotta tile in our new house. Although not particularly complicated, the process to create a finished product that had the antique, hand-laid look of the 200 year tile flooring you see in Europe required a specific sequence and process. Francois was always available via both e-mail and phone from the initial product selection advice to final finishing. In fact, at one point he insisted that we speak (as opposed to e-mail) to make sure the end result would meet our expectations. The end result was excellent. I highly recommend Pave, the product, process and people.”

“I have been working Diane Dubberly and the team at Artistic Tile for many years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them! Their showroom is gorgeous and the tile selection they carry is second to none. They are always on the cutting edge in an industry that is constantly changing which is very important to an interior designer. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. “Once Upon A Tile is by far the best tile store in Eastern or Central Mass. It has a huge selection, the lowest prices, and the most helpful staff of any place I went. And I went to plenty! While looking for tile for a small bathroom renovation, I looked at every tile store I could find in the western Boston suburbs all the way west to Fitchburg, more than 20 stores in all. I am a very indecisive shopper and I went to OUAT at least 8 times, sometimes staying the whole afternoon. Every time, without exception, the sales people were friendly and went out of their way to help me find just what I was looking for. The owner, Jeannie, is fabulous. Once she understands what you want, she dashes off and returns with yet another incredible tile sample. Best of all, she tells you what she really thinks, instead of just trying to sell you whatever you seem to like. I did have to return some tile (I should have listened to Jeannie), and they made the process completely painless. I cannot praise this store enough. Best shopping experience of the entire remodeling process.”
