“We are in the process of having a countertop makeover in our kitchen. My wife and I visited Quarzo to look at the many different choices of stone slabs at there site. We were greeted by Abril who showed us the styles of tile they had. She was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us to get an idea of what we were looking for. She sent us home with different samples to see how they matched with our cabinets and floor. I am proud to say we have purchased polished white granite for our kitchen. We are in the process of purchasing a cast iron sink, faucet and garbage disposal. We have not set a date yet for this kitchen install. We are excited to get our new makeover. “This family owned business cares about doing things the right way the first time and top quality! I am so happy with my decision to go with them. My 80sq ft of counter tops I wasn't going to trust with just any one. Their attention to detail and honesty was top notch! We went with a modern look in our kitchen and Stacy and Gina helped with deciding on the measurements, in addition Ramon who came to template also helped with recommendations so we made sure we were satisfied! From picking out out material from their large selections to template to install and even to fixing an imperfection in one of the stone slabs they were professional and on top of things. They also were able to work with our budget and had a very simple 2 easy payments 1 at the start of the job and 2nd on the day of install.”

“As you can tell - the product is gorgeous...really have to see in person to appreciate. But what really stuck with me is the customer service - I can recommend them wholeheartedly simply because of the people I interacted with. First off, I ordered some tiles for my bathroom remodel and they upgraded my tile free of charge to a nicer "line" of pebble tile. I think the issue was that what they had listed on the website was incorrect or there was some error on their side, so they offered my the superior product for the same price...score! When I was ready to get my project underway, I realized I probably should have ordered some extra tile so I placed an order for a couple more. They got my order shipped out quickly as I mentioned I would be starting my project soon. Much to my dismay, the tile that was shipped was not identical to my previous order since I guess they had fixed the glitch on their end of the system, which meant that I got the "standard" tile. To be honest, this is realistically just as much my fault, as I had totally forgotten (And there was no record) that I had received the "upgraded" tile. Regardless, Moses at pebble tile did some detective work on his end and offered to ship the correct "upgraded" tile, at no extra charge to me, and even offered overnight delivery (which wasn't necessary as the project schedule wasn't dependent on arrival of this tile). Just when I thought the service couldn't be any better... The package Moses put together for me got shipped to the wrong address (unit #2 instead of #5). A transcription error on their part. Unfortunately my neighbor did receive the package but left town so that I didn't have access to it! Oh no! Surely this meant a project delay. However, pebbletile to the rescue once again - since they put the wrong address, they overnighted another replacement package so that our project wouldn't be delayed. Overall, unbelievable service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure the hiccups I encountered during my bathroom remodel were handled as smoothly as humanly possible. As anyone undertaking a project knows, there will be stressful moments - surely this easily cold have been one of the them. Instead, I have a very positive memory of working with pebble tile and look forward to doing business with them once again! (And recommending them to all my friends/family!)”
