She followed up exactly as she promised and oversaw the project through to completion and then made sure I was completely satisfied after it was done. This was the first time I met Adrienne. “This was my first experience with Smith & Noble for window treatments. I found Sandia Dain to be the utmost professional and very helpful in choosing the perfect shades for my new home. I selected grand cell fabric pleated honeycomb shades for most windows, and solar shades for a slider a small window where the sun is the strongest to protect my hardwood floors and furniture. The whole order was delivered and installed within a few weeks. Sandia was able to quickly correct an error in shipping. We are very pleased with our new shades. Loretta”
