Both our companies, were brought on site to do work for a 24,000 sq. ft. mansion in Leesburg, VA. With his vast knowledge of the blinds industry, Frank was able to compliment the artwork I did throughout the home. Frank’s expertise was more than evident, from his level of precise detail to the ease of installation. When you need blinds, shutters or drapes, I would highly recommend Delmarva Blinds and Shutters. “Kelly is a true design professional. She assisted in the decision making process for the right type of window treatments for a side by side living room and kitchen combination. She never applied pressure to choose more expensive options or add one. Also, her eye for color, texture, and style was on point. Lastly, due to COVID our design appointments were online and she was on time and ready to go. She continued to communicate through the process , right through to installation and final review. All in all, a great experience.”

“Marcus Forrester of Home Blinds was wonderful to work with. After receiving a post card from his company, we scheduled an appointment to meet with him. He arrived promptly at the designated time and patiently reviewed the varying lines of products. He had a vast selection of samples and explained the features and benefits of each. His prices were competitive and were below a notable competitor. We ordered shutters and blinds which came in on time. Marcus installed the shutters and blinds on the scheduled date. Marcus is professional, honest, and has a pleasant disposition. He assured us that we could call him should we encounter any problems with the shutters and blinds. We believe he is a man of his word.
