Because of the amount of sun we get on the east side of the house, we selected automated interior shades, and we absolutely love them. The top-down/bottom up blinds on our other windows are nifty, and provide both a view of the outdoors and privacy, depending on how we adjust them. It's a perfect solution. When our current windows are replaced in the next month, Steve will take down our current shades, then re-install them as part of his warranty service. This is hands-down the best customer service we have ever had for window treatments.”
