“I have always shied away from window coverings because I felt they would make a room feel closed in but I contacted Dian to see if she had any ideas. She spent hours with me, sketching out possible ways to frame my windows. She did three rooms and an entryway - all different designs. I felt she really took the time to understand my preferences and was so helpful. The final product is perfect and I was impressed by the quality of everything - this is not "off the shelves" kind of products - totally customized and I am thrilled with the results. She also helped me select chairs (again, spending hours with me) and then I ordered pillows from her for them. They are beautiful as well. I highly recommend Dian!”

They changed the entire look and feel of our living room, and already we've gotten several compliments from family and friends who have visited. “Great company and great service! Everyone in the team was on top of the game. What I liked the most was that they kept me posted from the day I called to make an appointment all the way till the day I have my shutters installed. I had to wait for 5 weeks for my shutters but their communication was very effective. I got reminders for all my appointments. Plus, they always answered my questions timely and patiently. Quality is another main reason I chose them. So far I liked my poly shutters so much! They do have wood shutters, but I'm glad that I chose the poly one because they are moisture resistant. It looks organic and goes along with my wood furniture. The sales William also told me that it would be very durable because the poly is solid and with metal inserts. Highly recommended.”
