“Kimber assisted me with my window coverings when I moved into a new home. It was a big project, with many windows to cover. She was excellent in helping me select fabrics that would both compliment my interior space and function well for each room. We even did a motorization for the window coverings in the living room and it worked out beautifully. Kimber was there to help oversee the installation as well, which went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Kimber.”

“Christine is the best. Chose her after an extensive search and comparison of 5 bids for the blinds and drapes for my wife's hair styling salon. Christine showed up right on time for the estimate, made the measurements and then took us through all the options. She listened carefully to what look we were trying to achieve and then gave us some great advice. We should have listened to her the first time. The installation went great and was done on time, right when Christine said it would be. However, the window blinds that we chose, instead of taking Christine's advice, just didn't achieve the look we were going for. I called Christine and told her we should have taken her original advice. She went to work immediately with the manufacturer and worked out an exchange so the manufacturer reused all the hardware from the original blinds and only charged for the new blind fabric. The second installation went just as well as the first. We love the look. Thank you, Christine!”

“Sue came to my home in Fremont to help do window treatments for a home which had not been updated since it was built in 1978! It still had the JC Penney drapes. I had no idea what to do or even what would look nice. Sue came with samples, and showed me how things would look when they were completed. We replaced all of the old drapes. The sliding doors got vertical shades, a new split bamboo shade for the kitchen and the rest of the house got plantation shutters. Sue took the measurements, and had an installer come and verify, she followed up with me and tracked the installation. Smith & Noble "guaranteed" the installation before Dec. 31, but that was horribly inconvenient for me! So, Sue got involved and set up the installation for the 1st week in January. I was very happy to have the work done and at MY convenience. Sue helped me pick the entire homes windows coverings. The only downside to this is that after the beautiful shutters were in, the rest of the house looked sort of sad...so I ended up doing a full house remodel with new paint, carpets, lighting and fans, bathrooms and kitchen remodel too! Now my home looks just as great as my new shutters. Thanks Sue!”
