“Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“I was very pleased by the service from start to finish. Our estimate appointment was very professional and they were extremely understanding that we wanted to get several quotes. We ended up using MLI after a little shopping around and they were able to order the blinds and receive them a few days earlier than expected. The man who came to install was very pleasant and understanding of our very hyper puppy. He even vacuumed up the mess he left. We were very impressed and love our product!”
