“We bought a new-construction house in December. Called New View Blinds to see what options we had for window coverings. We knew we wanted white, honeycomb, top down/bottom up. What we didn't know, was there are MANY options for what we thought would be a simple over-the-phone order. Jennifer, the owner, scheduled an appointment to visit our home with her samples even though we were 75 miles away from her office over a mountain pass in the middle of winter. She arrived early on a Saturday morning and had so much knowledge about the different products. She had great advice but also gave us our space so my husband and I could "discuss" among ourselves what each of us wanted and Jennifer was extremely patient while we pondered and changed our minds several times. We ordered the blinds and Jennifer kept us updated on the order status from the day she ordered, when they were being built and the day they were shipped. Extremely smooth and low-stress experience which was appreciated since moving into a brand new house can be daunting and a bit stressful. Thanks to Jennifer, the window covering experience was fantastic and even a little fun! Prices were fair and having Jennifer's expertise made them worth every penny. Blinds are installed and look beautiful!”
