“I own a two story house and it is really old. I decided to look to replace all my windows. I wanted to update the property mainly because I have my business in my house. Basically, I wanted to have new windows installed and doors as well. I was suggested to contact By Installer. Within one day Alex came to my property to look at the job. He gave me an estimate. I was impressed by the price, the price seemed really good. But, I wanted to make sure that the necessary permits would be pulled for the job. And I was assured that the permits would be pulled for this work. So I committed right away and gave a deposit two days later. About a week later they came back to the property with all the permits. On the following two days, they installed everything. Alex and his crew really knew what they were doing. They did everything within 5 hours. Everything promised to me by By Installer came true in the exact time frame that they said it would. They were precise, courteous, and professional. And they cleaned up well!”
