“My wife and I own a small house in Logan Square, which has had old asbestos shingle siding since we bought it in 2011. We also wanted to replace our front windows, which were old and drafty. We received many bids, but the Siding and Windows Group was the standout. Bart (who coordinated the project) was incredibly helpful and explained a lot of ideas and prices without any "hard sell." The pricing of Siding and Windows Group was competitive, and their customer service is INCREDIBLE. The two workers who installed the windows and siding were polite, efficient, and did very good work. The difference between Siding and Windows Group and other contractors is night-and-day. Greg (the owner) came to the house several times to check on the project and check in with me (and this was not a large project, he is just very attentive and makes sure the job is done right). We are completely satisfied with the work done by Siding and Windows Group, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the future. Colin Chicago, IL”

“After researching and meeting with quite a few contractors, we went with FB Construction, and I'm so happy we did. They were the perfect mix of professional and personal, and I feel like I was working with family in the best way possible. As this was our first experience in home renovation, I was ready for some minor disasters. There were none. From a basement build-out to expanding rooms and laying hardwood floors, everything was completed in the way that we expected. They made sure of it. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Because of Chicago's requirements for window installations above the third floor and because I had a small job (2 widows to be replaced), I was having difficulty finding a vendor. One place I called suggested I try Houzz. I did and Houzz referred me to The Smart-House Guys, Inc. I couldn't be more pleased. I met with the CEO who showed me the various options in the window catalogue, and he had samples of the different high performance glass options. After making the selections, the order was processed quickly. The price is very reasonable. The installation crew is very professional and they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, They cleaned up well after themselves. I highly recommend The Smart-House Guys, Inc. I intend to sue them for future projects as well and have recommended them to my friends and family.”

“We purchased our home brand new in 2008. Brand new !!!!! Year after year our house was freezing during the winter. We would always use the Window coverings sold at Menards. 2013. We had our first Child and would not put our little one in a room where it was always freezing cold. Leo and his wife came to our home. Showed us their quality windows and we purchased. They were so friendly also no pressure at all. !!!!!! We decided to purchase and have never had any issues. Our home holds heat and blocks out the cold. We are sad that we are moving and that our quality windows are going to be left behind.”

“Mr. Roof and Remodeling..the best in business!! They are thoroughly professional and attentive. Our patio door and windows were installed not only quickly but efficiently. The crew cleaned every bit before leaving. After almost a year, we had a minor crack in one of our windows (maybe due to the harsh cold) and without any hassle, they agreed to replace the entire thing. I was expecting a lot of a explaining the issue and calls, etc. but they just said that they would fix it promptly.”
