Need help identifying this house plant.

Hello. I am hoping someone here can help me out with identifying this plant I purchased a couple years ago from Home Depot. I need to repot it and wanted to research that topic for this particular type of plant. Unfortunately, I cannot find the identification tag that is stuck in the dirt when you buy the plant.

miataman2001, an Aralia is my guess. Same as Dizzygotheca?

It is a Polycias fruticosa, aka Ming Aralia.

As opposed to a Dizzygotheca, which tho' also pretty & elegant is NOT an Aralia, but commonly called a False Aralia (see similar thread nearby here about looking for a Ming Aralia or Polyscia fruticosa as this was ID).

From personal experience, do not overwater these ever. They don't tolerate it well at all and will rot out pretty fast. Also they seem to like being underpotted (probably because large pots dry out slower). So, keep the pot small, use a well draining soil, and don't overwater. Otherwise they don't really care too much about light or humidity, it seems.
