I think it's a breadfruit tree. The fruit in the pics look like bread fruit to me. We eat those boiled with green plantains.

Your tree looks like Calophyllum and it is inedible. While it is good for soil erosion, it can somewhat of a nuisance when seeds germinate everywhere. If you're in west Miramar, it is ofted used for the rocky soil.

Looks like Mimusops balata, which is edible.
