Their are a number of high-end furniture manufacturers and Vanguard and Lexington is no exception. So when your are comparing quality, it is best to compare individual products from the respective manufacturer verses comparing the brand itself. And you should consider the level of service that your retailer will offer that your buying from. Because you can not purchase directly from any of these manufacturers. And customer service is provided by the retailer and not the normal responsibility of manufacturer.

Thank you. I agree about comparing individual products within a mfg. line but it helps to know what the general quality/reputation of the manufacturer is before going further.

I dont think you can fault Vanguard or Lexington for quality or reputation.
