This bathroom in our client's lovely three bedroom one bath home in the North Park Neighborhood needed some serious help. The existing layout and size created a cramped space seriously lacking storage and counter space. The goal of the remodel was to expand the bathroom to add a larger vanity, bigger bath tub long and deep enough for soaking, smart storage solutions, and a bright updated look. To do this we pushed the southern wall 18 inches, flipped flopped the vanity to the opposite wall, and rotated the toilet. A new 72 inch three-wall alcove tub with subway tile and a playfull blue penny tile make create the spacous and bright bath/shower enclosure. The custom made-to-order shower curtain is a fun alternative to a custom glass door. A small built-in tower of storage cubbies tucks in behind wall holding the shower plumbing. The vanity area inlcudes an Ikea cabinet, counter, and faucet with simple mirror medicine cabinet and chrome wall sconces. The wall color is Reflection by Sherwin-Williams.

This was a great use of a small space. We replaced a very small shower with a full size tub, frameless shower door, upgraded the tiles, lights and vanity.

This 1920’s house was updated top to bottom to accommodate a growing family. Modern touches of glass partitions and sleek cabinetry provide a sensitive contrast to the existing divided light windows and traditional moldings. This warm and inviting space has great industrial flair. We love the contrast of the black cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and accessories against the bright warm tones in the tile. Pebble tile was used as accent through the space, both in the niches in the tub and shower areas as well as for the backsplash behind the sink. The vanity is front and center when you walk into the space from the master bedroom. The framed medicine cabinets on the wall and drawers in the vanity provide great storage. The deep soaker tub, taking up pride-of-place at one end of the bathroom, is a great place to relax after a long day. A walk-in shower at the other end of the bathroom balances the space. The shower includes a rainhead and handshower for a luxurious bathing experience. The black theme is continued into the shower and around the glass panel between the toilet and shower enclosure. The shower, an open, curbless, walk-in, works well now and will be great as the family grows up and ages in place.

This award winning small master bathroom has porcelain tiles with a warm Carrara look that creates a light, airy look. Stainless steel tiles create a horizontal rhythm and match the brushed nickle hardware. River rock on the shower floor massage feet while providing a nonskid surface. The custom vanity offers maximum storage space; the recessed medicine cabinet has an interior light that automatically turns on as well as an outlet shelf for charging shavers and toothbrushes. The 3x6 white subway tiles continue out the frameless shower glass door and surround the room. The shower features a brushed nickel fixtures with fixed and handheld shower heads. Hexagon floor tile is a throwback to the early 1900s when the house was built. Marc Golub

Small powder room remodel. Added a small shower to existing powder room by taking space from the adjacent laundry area.

This whole condominium was renovated. The new fireplace tile surround is 6x6 Sanibel Beachcomber Crackle tile and the hearth is 18x36 Basaltine, white matte tile. New flooring was Installed in the great room with new Triversa Luxury Vinyl plank 9”x48” Oakrest in Gold wash. In the kitchen, Medallion Lancaster/Potter’s Mill Flat Panel cabinetry and the existing solid surface countertop was reinstalled. A Brio ceiling light was installed over the sink, a Moen Camerist faucet in Spot Resist Stainless and on the floor is 18x18 Panetola tile in Talsano Travertine. In the main bathroom, Medallion Winston vanity in Divinity Classic paint with Cambria Praa Sands quartz countertop and on the floor is 12x12 Milestone East Beige porcelain tile. A new Berkshire mirror was installed. Moen Eva collection in brushed nickel finish was installed in both bathrooms. In the guest bathroom, new Cambria Wentwood quartz was installed on the existing vanity and Regis beige porcelain tile installed on the floor.
