Kustom Home Design
This newly renovated master bathroom is designed in the transitional style which combines contemporary and traditional design elements into a balanced modern design solution. The warm lighting is uniquely dispersed through crystal shades casting a kaleidoscope of shimmering light.
The custom cabinetry, linen tower, dropped soffit and framed mirrors provide a flawless look and opulent feel. By relocating the toilet to the opposite end of the space, we are able to provide a water closet that is as beautiful as it is functional. The end wall of the water closet is accented with a hand painted design which adds just the right amount of finesse.

Inspiration for a mid-sized timeless u-shaped ceramic tile and beige floor open concept kitchen remodel in San Diego with stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, raised-panel cabinets, medium tone wood cabinets, quartz countertops, beige backsplash, ceramic backsplash and an island
Drury Design
The expanded floor plan of the kitchen to provided the needed space for the 48” Wolf range, and large island with a raised bar and seating for 4. Natural light and balance were achieved by placing two windows framed with wood valences on each side of the hood. The hood was designed to incorporate warm wood tones in the mantle. The tile design on the range wall is repeated around the fireplace.
Treefrog Design
Rich stain on lyptus wood, grey glass subway tile, a glass & stone accent strip, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and streamlined hardware are integrated with a traditional framed, inset cabinet and mullioned, glass doors to give this kitchen a dramatic makeover.
Drury Design
The entire room is designed in shades of white, including white painted cabinetry with blue accents in the tile design. A combination of satin nickel hardware and chrome fixtures added a bit of sophistication. The heated octagon and dot flooring give the design a timeless feel. This was all brought together to create the casual simplicity of the coastal design style.

The master bath in this mid-century remodel has been completely reimagined; a long double-vanity counter, large window, two new skylights, light finishes, custom white oak millwork, and contemporary lighting all contribute to its open feel.
Soft modern furnishings and light fixtures complement the home's fusion of contemporary and mid-century architecture. The plush rug and tufted bench offer comfort in the fully tiled bathroom.
Tile is from the Savoy line of Ann Sacks, undermount sinks are the Kohler Ladena, and faucets are the Talis-S by Hansgrohe.

Bathroom - modern white tile and porcelain tile brown floor bathroom idea in Toronto with gray walls, an undermount sink and quartzite countertops
Hagstrom Builder
A Modern Farmhouse set in a prairie setting exudes charm and simplicity. Wrap around porches and copious windows make outdoor/indoor living seamless while the interior finishings are extremely high on detail. In floor heating under porcelain tile in the entire lower level, Fond du Lac stone mimicking an original foundation wall and rough hewn wood finishes contrast with the sleek finishes of carrera marble in the master and top of the line appliances and soapstone counters of the kitchen. This home is a study in contrasts, while still providing a completely harmonious aura.
