My husband and I purchased a historic building on the square of a rural town in Texas. The building had not been renovated in over 50 years and was located in a historic district where all updates were approved through a review board. Corbin Brady Designs helped us renovate the lower level into a wine bar with a chic Industrial aesthetic. Corbin was with us from the beginning and helped with every step and selection along the way. Comments we receive regularly are that the building is 'an oasis' and that it's like 'stepping into a bar in Austin or NYC' and is unexpected in the rural location. Because of the fabulous decor, the space is often sought for rental for private parties and events. Corbin was a joy to work with and his taste is unparalleled. My name is Douglas Franklin the owner of The American Homestead Company located in Austin Tx. I was hired as a general contractor to conduct an extensive remodel of an existing home in Travis Heights. Corbin was hired by our client and participated in all design decisions for the project. He also made all interior decisions with furniture, wall coverings, window coverings and lighting. The project included a schedule 5 resurface, new paint, new floors, 3 IPE decks including a roof top deck connected with two spiral stair cases, a pool, a DMX/LED lighting system, complete Crestron home automation system, and a zero scape front and back yard. The lack of an architect on this project increased both our work load and I found Corbin to be very easy to work with. His tasteful eye and good taste has made this project unique and fun and would recommend Corbin Brady Design to anyone.
