“We found out about Avani from a common friend and approached her for our 3 BHK flat interiors in Bangalore. Despite of having an array of options for designers and firms in the market, we decided to go ahead with her because she seemed quite prompt and dedicated an architect who wanted to serve the client the best! Design phase: 1. In the very first meeting, she understood the brief given by us and chalked out the entire plan which was beyond our expectation. We wanted a minimal yet elegant outcome. She came up with a mood board which acted like a framework and gave us a clear picture of the colour schemes and materials to be used. 2. She also gave us plenty of inputs in terms of lights, laminates, paint, fabric etc that would suit best. Along with that she tried to make sure that our budget does not get stretched too much. 3. We were quite skeptical about a few ideas when she suggested it to us initially, but after looking at it come to life in her 3Ds, we were quite confident that the outcome would be great. Execution Stage: 1. Avani has an amazing team of carpenters, electricians, painters etc on board. They ensure that the plan and brief provided by her is given complete justice. Their finishes have come out really clean. 2. They also adhered to the timelines given. It was just a week here and there but they finished the work within the promised time frame. 3. She accompanied us for selection of lights, furniture and other soft furnishings like curtain and fabric customisation. She has good contacts and tries to get the client the best resources. 4. Furthermore, she made sure that we invest in the right place and not spend extra where it’s unnecessary. However, in places where it’s required, she suggested the opposite too! On the whole, would like to thank Avani for turning our house into a cozy home! She’s an amazing architect who is meticulous and has a keen eye for observation. At many points during site visits, if there was something that seemed off and seemed dis balanced, she did accommodate the changes where necessary. She’s quite clear about how work needs to be delegated and taken ahead stage wise. Throughout the process she was very active and completely in touch with us and available for discussions too! Really appreciate her for all the support; being patient and understanding at all points. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who wishes to go ahead with design plans/interiors to be done for their home.”
