“Chad and the Everest team are absolutely top-notch. SO glad I didnt go with another builder. Not only are they professional, but they are genuinely interested in completing quality work, and doing it to your satisfaction. Their contractors are the same as well - every time on site they were professional and even asked for our thoughts on things while we were there. Others worry about building a home and checking on it every day. We did a complete demo of a home and garage, built both new 4 hours away, and checked on it every couple weeks and it turned out beautiful. Neighbors cant stop commenting how fast, clean and well done the whole job was. Cant say enough - GO WITH EVEREST!”

Their approach to our project reflected the calm and quiet that we were seeking in our new home. We brought them our concept plan as developed by a wonderful architect, Jill Lorenz, whom we convinced to work with us just this one last time. C & S brought that plan and our dreams to fruition by putting together the detailed construction plans. We'd never built a house before this one and C & S helped guide us through contractor selection, project oversight, kept our budget in mind, and advised us of the potential impacts of each decision along the way. We look forward to occupancy in December of 2014.”
