“J.K. Janiga designed not one but two of the most magnificent homes that anyone would love to live in. He listened to everyones input and drew up two designs that made us speechless. There was no reason to redo any drawing. He heard us the first time around. Jerry was there from beginning to end. Supervised all building of his /our project. “I worked with Sean to design my exercise studio in Birmingham, Mi. To say he is wonderful at what he does is an understatement. The entire experience blew my expectations away.... And I have high expectations. Sean listened carefully to my vision and then he went to work. He consulted me on most everything but also took initiative so I did not have to think about every little detail. When I had concerns, he addressed them calmly and professionally. Best of all? “east arbor architecture helped us every step of the way to create a new kitchen and first floor layout. Our home was built in 1947 and an addition was added in 1980. The kitchen was original to when the home was built. Dan came up with many options to change our layout to be both more functional & beautiful. His plans were all in keeping with the historical age of the home. He created room layout plans from the least invasive and least expensive to build all the way to a complete rework and very different layout than what we could have ever imagined. Once we selected a plan, east arbor architecture bid out the project to three different contractors. We also had Dan continue to work for us through the entire build so that when surprises occurred, he was right there to help the builder problem-solve to come up with the best solutions. Having east arbor architecture work with us throughout the entire project - planning to finished construction - gave us the extra support to handle issues and confidence that the right solutions were being made. We truly appreciate the quality of work and definitely recommend east arbor architecture!”

“My husband and I originally worked with Brad and Theresa Angelini in 1991 when we bought our home. We did a whole house renovation. In addition to detailed architectural drawings they provided three dimensional models showing what the home would look like after the renovation. It was an absolute delight to work with them and a major plus to work with a husband and wife team. Over the years we have worked with them several more times on various projects including expansion of a room through an exterior wall, redoing the deck, roof, and siding, adding additional windows to the home, etc. Each time they have been wonderful to work with. Brad and Theresa are very thoughtful, creative, responsive, practical, genial, and professional. We highly recommend them.”

“Damian Farrell is architect’s architect. After interviewing over four architects for our mid-century modern remodel, it became clear that ideas do not come quickly to many architects. Most in fact required us to commit to over $30K to get even a faint idea of what they were thinking. Not Damian. He came with a sketchpad and after a 20-minute conversation, he started drawing. It is hard to describe the pleasure of living within a wonderfully designed home. The light, the angles, the view – all of these carefully arranged without being obvious. A Damian Farrell design feels right. Plus, Damian easily saved us twice his fee on on materials and labor. We recommend Damian for any design need, from multi use commercial to furniture. He is the best - the absolute best!”
