“in 2016 we finished a complicated renovation of a circa 1887 historic City home. We had to address serious structural issues, the treatment of previously hidden architectural features and the sensitive modification of the building to accommodate modern systems within a fixed budget. All of this work had to be approved by NYS Historic Preservation Office ("SHPO"). The project was approved on time and finished under budget because of the efforts of the skilled and experienced professionals at KCB. “I can only give the highest recommendation for the Landing Company. Will Klassen is one of the most creative people I have ever met. He also has the ability to discover what type of creativity (or style) his customer most enjoys. I never once felt "pushed" into a design I didn't like, but rather was "stretched" in my choices and without exception the end result exceeded my expectations. For example, I wanted to use a large piece of "live-edge" slate for a back-splash for my stove. Will made it happen in a way I didn't imagine and it looked stunning. A telling comment by a long-time friend the first time she saw the renovation finished was, "It's very YOU--classy but comfortable!"”

“I am so excited and amazed at the beautifull custom design that Nauta home has provided my family!! We were trying to accomidate my husband and I and 4 children (2 with special needs) and my parents who are moving into this custom home. The attention to detail and needs of my family were met through their design! This custom 4733 sq ft house was a challange for me to figure out the seperation of the inlaw portion of the home and still keeping the executive appearance. We would give 5 stars on quality, appearance, customer service affordability and creativity! Thanks for everything Nauta Hoimes!”
