Associated Development Services Corporation

“Rick Low helped us design and draft a fairly complicated set of plans for a major addition to our house. We were very happy with not only the service he provided, but also for the creative suggestions and open communication. We highly recommend Associated Development Services Corporation!”
STUDIO PRIME ARCHITECTURE (SP-ARC)
Handicap-Accessible Design Companies in Morro Bay
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 9, 2018
“Currently engaged with Studio Prime in support of a design/build project here in the city of San Luis Obispo. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and professional group to work with, but importantly, they also have a sense of humor (especially John). They are helping my wife and I design (and eventually build) a 3,000 sf custom home on an, um, "interesting" hilly site that is presenting some challenges. However, these guys know their stuff, and are deftly navigating us around those challenges. Strongly recommend these guys!”

“My husband and I are remodeling both of our bathrooms, and want to open up our kitchen area so it works better with the layout of our house. Marcus has been working with us and he's been fantastic. Even though it is just a remodel, he's given us so many great ideas to tie the whole house together, as well as help us understand what is worth spending money on for the long run, and where we could save. He's making the process really fun and exciting, and I can't wait to live in a house that is finally well designed and perfectly us. Also, he lives is San Luis Obispo, CA and we live in Santa Cruz, which I thought might be a problem when it came down to meeting one on one, but he was very flexible and has been shooting up to meet with us multiple times bringing beautiful sketches of ideas, or examples of materials for us to look at. I hightly recommend him for big or small projects. He's truely a professional.”

“We hired Gannage Design for our Morro Bay house remodel and would hire them again in a second. From the very first meeting you know you are in good hands, they take the them time to listen and to really understand the project. From concept to design to construction, this is by far the BEST team around!”

“Nina did an amazing job with the design of our kitchen and dining room! She went back and forth with us and our cabinet maker working on the design until it was both functional and up to code. She rearranged the locations of our sink, making it centered to the window, and moved the refrigerator and pantry away from the stove. She also designed an entire display wall for us in the dining space. She made our tiny kitchen/dining area look modern and spacious! I recommend her to anyone looking into remodeling!”

“Michael has been a great resource for my company. Affording us the opportunity for a quick response to our needs as as remodeling contractor in the San luis Obispo and Southern Monterey Counties. “Mary Vanderveen is a meticulous designer with a special idea for materials that always combine smoothly in color and texture. Her designs are never overwhelming to the eye nor to the room. She is able to professionally revamp both the small residential bathroom or a growing professional business. Best of all, Mary is never a pain to do business with, which is why we as a company welcome her presence in our showroom and love to help with the next project.”

“Beautiful designs and a hard working team of professionals. Steve is a great guy who spearheads every job. Meeting with each client and providing the creative and innovative designs that have made him so popular. As owner of Norholm Builders, Inc. I have worked with Steve several times on some of the most beautiful custom homes on the central coast. My client base is mostly retirees who want to build their last and best home, so you have to get it right this time. That's why I recommend Steve Puglisi as your designing architect. The first home I did with Steve, back in 1997, was for Cliff Branch at Bassi Ranch in Avila Beach.”

“Working with Micah Smith of MS/Architecture was a pleasure. Micah brought Green Goods onto a job for a Government Services Administration office and we worked together to provide the space with sustainably-sourced, eco-friendly materials. Micah's thoughtful design created a welcoming work space with great indoor air quality and contemporary style.”
Bryce Engstrom: Architect
Handicap-Accessible Design Companies in Morro Bay
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJune 4, 2012
“Bryce is a highly creative architect who is also very open to the homeowner's ideas. We knew what we wanted (a contemporary Craftsman), but the site was small and on a hill, so it was somewhat difficult to make things fit. Bryce came up with an alternative design that allowed us to have the amount of square footage we needed, but still get the look we wanted. He was also able to maximize the view for us. I very much appreciated the way he'd listen to our ideas, show us a rough design, then make his own suggestions that were invariably better choices for us. We have now lived in our new house for two years and absolutely love it!”
