“We used John to conceive, design and manage a total gut rehab of a garage apartment in St. Petersburg. His expertise and talents go far beyond just drawing up plans. He really made this space functional, inviting and a fun place to spend time for our friends and family, as well as enhancing its income generating potential as a rental unit. I have done several remodeling and addition projects on our residences over the years, but none went more smoothly and produced results I am as happy with as the project on which John worked. His personality is warm, friendly and easy to work with. He is a great listener and was able to translate our wants, needs and desires into reality. I could not more highly recommend any architect / designer if you are in need of the services he provides. I would never consider working with anyone else.”

“This is a remodel with a building addition for a kitchen service areas. These plans and specifications also include a new outdoor walk in refrigerated cooler. The project also includes civil, parking and landscape design to the existing site. I am very pleased with all the excellent effort from Patty and her team members in completing this complex project. Construction will start in a few weeks and I am confident in our construction documents provided by RE&A as we move forward with breaking ground thru our final inspections. He is not an architect that drops off the drawings with your builder and you never see him again. He is a true partner on the journey to your dream home. I highly recommend Todd. He has taught us a lot over the time we have been building our home. He is good about explaining architecture, and incorporating the architecture into your interior vision/design as well. “Brad was great to work with and turned my ideas into a reality but he also added a lot of his own ideas to make the home more than first class. We also worked through a lot of major design issues together due to the available lot space. It was impressive how we could come up with innovative solutions that we could agree on, and still make the house very livable and still beautiful. Every time I'm in my yard I see people stopping just to look at my home. Brad worked on an hourly basis and did not nickle and dime me, so the cost was quite reasonable. My interior designer ended up costing me more than his architect services. He also worked well with my contractor, surveyor and the authorities in Clearwater. I highly recommend Brad and the Husserl Group. I couldn't be happier with them.”

“Having never built a home before, I had no idea what to expect. I quickly learned that an architect is the person who takes all of those ambiguous ideas that float around in your head and turns them into an executable plan. I have no idea how Meyer was able to do it but the vision we had but didn't know how to articulate, became reality. He delivered the plans and I had a moment of shock when I thought, "yes!!! That is exactly what I was thinking". I guess my point is, I was no just happy with Meyers but rather THRILLED! He turned our dream house idea into a real tangible picture and plan!”
