“The services provided included providing plans for the renovation of our 1932 Craftsman Home. We had weekly office design meetings and on site meetings to develop plans to suit the home and the neighborhood. SOME Architects had knowledge and resources regarding Craftsman homes and also took into account our specific needs. SOME Architects assisted in the selection of choosing a reputable builder, arranged meetings for us to interview local contractors. Once we selected a contractor, and the plans were completed and approved by the town we kept SOME Architects involved in a supervisory position. SOME Architect also is also a great resource for local businesses necessary for the many design elements and professionals There were many times that we had questions and concerns that the professional expertise if SOME Architects was needed. Our best advice to potential clients would be to keep SOME Architects involved until the project is completed. We love our home and we receive lots of compliments from family, friends, neighbors, and people passing by when we are outside in our garden.”

The two concepts provided were cost effective for the client, and provided an aesthetically appealing design to the front of the home that matched the existing facade. “My husband and I first hired Unger and Mahns in 2000 to build our 5500 Sq. ft. house in Rumson,NJ.The design was classic,sophisticated,tasteful and timeless."Michael and Michael" guided us through the design and construction and were available on site whenever the builder needed them.When we sold the house in 2008,the structural engineer that the buyers hired to inspect the house said it was one of the best built homes he had ever inspected.
