“I was asked to find an Architect by my employer with some experience in heritage regulations and residential renovations sympathetic to the Subiaco architecture. I started with the internet and Suzanne Hunt's profile got my attention. After reading her web page, I knew immediately my employer would relate to her style and approach so I organised a meeting between them. The night of the meeting, I received a text from my Employer that very precisely gave me the confirmation that my instincts were correct in choosing Suzanne. My employer wrote: Suzanne Hunt is perfect. Great find!! Spoke for 2 hours. Really good info, advice & presentation. Would love to work with her on something if not Subi. Have lots to think about. Suzanne was honest in her feedback regarding the Subiaco property highlighting the weaknesses of the property for renovation and the reality of over capitalizing by carrying out the renovation ideas my Employer had in mind. “To all who are contemplating a building project, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Perth Residential Architect to design and manage your building project, Antony designed and managed our residential property in Victoria Park for us from start to finish, and having to deal with the shire council in regard to the design requirements of the heritage listed area we planned to build in, Antony dealt with the tender process in the selection of a builder to construct our house, and the recommendation of certain contractors to carry out important work, our build sounds complex but was made easy for us with Antony as our building manager. Please if you are considering a design and building project, then do yourself a favour and at least speak to Antony from Perth Residential Architect Jenny and I wish you all well with your building project Brian Reeves”

“My husband and I came across David's website and his profile on Houzz when we were looking to build our coastal home. We immediately loved David's work and some of his designs and ideas he displayed on the sites. We contacted him and found that we were all 'on the same page' as far as the potential for our site. We were very interested in having an eco-friendly design and maximising the northern aspect for light, warmth and cooling where appropriate throughout the seasons. David's knowledge, experience and enthusiasm was excellent in this regard. We loved David from the start, he was really good at listening to what we wanted and transferring our ideas to a fantastic design that we immediately fell in love with. He was very consultative and supportive with any ideas we had whilst being realistic in relation to the costs involved or any practical changes needed. David was excellent at suggesting alternative materials or design to keep costs down but keeping our overall dreams a reality. A really helpful service from our point of view was being able to share our Ideas Book on Houzz with David. This allowed him to analyse our overall taste and establish the look we were after for our new home. We simply saved lots of ideas that he was able to expand on when we met. This ensured he understood what materials, style and look we were after which was so much easier than trying to verbally explain it - a picture tells a thousand words as they say. I would thoroughly recommend David Wilkes to anyone wanting their new home or renovation designed. David is very experienced and has some great ideas, ideas we would not have thought of had he not suggested them. We are really excited to be working with David and can't wait to show off his great design when the home is finished. Nothing is too much trouble for David, his communication is excellent and him enthusiasm and excitment for our project quite contagious. It is very satisfying to have someone so genuinely interested in building our dream home.”
