I gutted the floors, demoed walls in the kitchen and master bathroom, and redid the counters and back splash throughout the home. “We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

“Norman and his team managed the entire remodel of a rent house for us in Houston. What began as cosmetic updates became a full-scale update of a very old house. From A/C, Electric, plumbing, sewage, floors, windows, interior and exterior doors, drywall, paint and gutters. This project was extremely complex and Norman managed it with excellent service and communication, documentation and budgetary transparency. “I've worked with Andrea of 329 Design several times. I've recommended her without reservation and will continue to hire her for future projects. The project budgets and time lines were reasonable and accurate. Our projects included: a complete bathroom gut to studs and remodel, the removal of a room dividing fireplace and wall, the complete resurfacing or my downstairs, hardwood floor patching, custom cabinetry, wallpaper, etc.”

“We had our kitchen remodeled and it looks like something you see in a magazine. It came out amazing. Mike was very patient and understanding. He worked with us during last minute changes and provided suggestions which were helpful and money saving. He kept us informed during the process. There were a few minor setbacks during the process but overall the kitchen speaks for itself. I would most definitely use Powers Remodeling again and recommend him to family and friends.”
