This was an extensive project which involved: the demolition of two bathrooms in the master; the remodel of a new master bath and the creation of a second bath in an adjoining room; renovations to another downstairs bath and two upstairs baths; new flooring ; new paint; complete kitchen remodel including moving water and electrical; demolition of family room existing fireplace and cabinets and replacement with new fireplace, custom cabinets and floating shelves; new windows and doors throughout( both interior and exterior); plumbing upgrades; upstairs porch rebuilt and railing enclosure; custom stairway and railing; closet shelving; etc. etc From the outset Brad and his staff assisted us with design ideas and provided drawings of proposed improvements. His staff routinely documented the construction and were present during critical phases such as kitchen cabinet installation to insure the plans were accurately followed. Change orders we requested were readily made and completed at the agreed pricing. Brad was always available to answer any question. When the job was complete Brad encouraged us to contact him with any concerns.
