“We can't be more pleased with the service that we received from Albini Hardwood Flooring. After we had met with (and gotten quotes from) 3 different flooring people, we chose to go with Albini. Jose came to our house first to give us our quote. His expertise in solving for our kitchen floor, responsiveness, and customer service made me feel completely comfortable. When you get Albini, you get not only one, but many professional floor experts. When one doesn't have the answer, they will find it within their crew. I loved that there were no egos and, more than anything, great care for our house and concerns. I didn't feel pushed into any situation because of timing or cost. The quote was reasonable, and definitely the best when you consider what else you get for the price. We also needed some advice on clean up afterwards, and they were very responsive and helpful in the follow up!”

“I visited many granite stores in the area but the only sales staff to help me with color selection and coordination were the ladies at the Granite Store. They gave me multiple samples of stone and cabinets doors to match my flooring and paint. The owner was quick to provide a quote with no pressure and followed up with my a few weeks later. Installers arrived when they were scheduled to and were focused on their work. Turned out great!!!! I'd recommend The Granite Store and More to my friends”

“I am very surprised by these reviews. We have had Plyboo sheets in an office installation as desks for nine years and they have held up exceptionally well. They are very durable. My thoughts are that Plyboo is generally meant for interior use, and when it comes to bamboo products, they are best in class. It sounds like poor distributor response is more of the issue than products quality.”
