“It is my pleasure to give Triangle Brick Company an excellent rating. My husband and I live in Virginia and contracted with Firetti Builders to have a custom built home built in Wilmington North Carolina. Our builder uses Triangle Brick as his supplier. He provided a couple of samples and directed us to the website to select a brick. Since this was our dream home, it had to be the perfect brick. The website was extremely helpful; however, I needed to visually see the colors, hues and tones of the brick in person. I contacted the Company and was transferred to Ms. Beth DeMore. She talked me through how to use a tool on the website where I could put in my address and it would provide several locations in Virginia where I could visually see homes with the brick selection. In addition, she had a representative from our area, deliver samples in person. Ms DeMore demonstrated outstanding customer service by guiding us through numerous brick choices, helping us select shingles to match, and suggesting siding and door colors. Building a home long distance is quite the undertaking; however, with the assistance of Ms. DeMore, the brick selection was one of our smoothest endeavors. I highly recommend this company, not only do they have an exceptional product; they have the customer service to back it up. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.”
