“Marc Coan Designs and his sub-contractors tore out the whole kitchen and replaced it with new cupboards, cabinets, countertops, lighting, wallpaper, backsplash tile. Marc, who is very experienced in design, offered suggestions for accent trim and other materials that coordinated well together. Marc is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I know many of his subs have worked with him for years and they respect his judgment; he respects their expertise as well. He did not push us to use materials that we didn't like. Keeping to a budget wasn't involved in our project, but I'm sure he would have respected any budget we might have proposed if that had been necessary.”

“I remember clearly how I met Paul Searcy. I am a general contractor and was going to do a bathroom remodel on a house in Albuquerque. The home owner wanted bathroom vanities made for the bathroom and had recently had his kitchen redone by another contractor. Suffice it to say that when it came time to build my own home, Paul was the only person I even considered to make every kitchen cabinet, hutch, bathroom vanities, and a linen tower that is museum quality in its elegance and proportion.
