They put together a quote and mock up of the kitchen that was very detailed. We were able to see exactly what we were getting and make tweaks to the design during the process. They are very creative and had some great design recommendations as well. They delivered our kitchen on time and even came back to make sure everything was installed perfectly (I would recommend you have them install because they are perfectionists). He came back with sketches so we could approve his plan, and they were just what we were looking for. Jim built them in a timely fashion and carefully installed them in one day. We absolutely love our built in units, people come to our house and say they look like they were built when the room was. We are planning on Jim making us a custom vanity for our master bath this month, we would highly recommend Jim.”
