“We bought quite a few pieces from the Haus of Furniture – combination of 3 wardrobes, wall mounted accessories unit with mirror, 2 dressers and 2 narrow tall bookshelves for our son’s bedroom. At our first visit Sergei helped us configure and choose combination of finishes for wardrobes and dressers. I would recommend to book an hour-long appointment in advance so you can explain your needs, discuss different options with designer without interruption of other visitors and enjoy a cup of coffee. In our case Sergei configured our wardrobes combination and showed us samples of different exterior finishes. We did not find the exact wardrobe that we were looking for but we had an idea of quality from looking at other beautiful pieces of furniture in Improvement mall location. It takes approximately 2 month to receive the order from Germany, Sergei contacted us couple of times to notify about the status of our order (it was few days delay at the Canadian customs but, hey, things happen). I want especially thanks the delivery team. They called us in advanced to decide on the time frame for delivery and gave us additional call as soon as they finished work with another order. It was a lots of packages, boxes, semi assembled pieces and small accessories. The guys worked fast and accurate. The warranty from the company comes with professional assembly from them but our hinged doors wardrobes was not a complicated one, my husband and son put everything together without any issues. The German quality speaks for itself. All parts fit together perfectly, assembly instruction was simple and very clear. To summaries the whole experience – first of all, the company cares about their customers, designers knows products and more important, they listen to you and try to find out the best options that will suit your needs.”
