“Jeannine was extremely professional and enthusiastic about our project. That was what closed me from the get-go. Ours was not just a job she was quoting - it was an undertaking to change our lives! Wow! I'd had another company quote this same project - and in fact had done two other closets with them -- but our Master Bedroom closet project sat undone for 2 years. Why? Two reasons: one is that the other company never followed up with us. Secondly the other closet company left us with too many choices whereas Jeannine gave design suggestions for wood color and finish and hardware and we got these decisions out of the way in one visit! Also the design she came up with was more efficient - her ideas consolidated everything we needed into that one space. The installer was fabulous. Fast, efficient, professional and cleaned up after himself. One last comment: my husband and I stopped at your Rock Hill showroom on a lark; we were actually looking for something your company couldn't provide. The person there (I believe she was a bathroom designer?) engaged us in conversation then took our name for your closet person to follow up with. THAT was some customer service! Jeannine came out to our home and even though your company couldn't provide what she came out for - she spent time brainstorming solutions with me. That's when I decided to have her quote our Master Closet. Very impressed all around with the entire experience. (Score 10 out of 10)”

“Karen from Closet Factory designed my closets (13) and laundry room. We are extremely pleased with the designs, craftsmanship and service. Karen worked very hard to maximize all of our spaces. I especially LOVE my laundry room with 8 sorting baskets underneath the counter. The installers were very conscientious and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We have had a couple of necessary repairs since installation and they were out immediately to address the problem. We are very happy and would highly recommend Closet Factory. Karen was a joy to work with and tried very hard to satisfy all of our needs. Thank you Karen and Closet Factory!”

“Jessie was amazing from start to finish when she designed the plan for the walk-in closet in our master bedroom. I have an extreme shoe obsession and Jessie literally measured my shoes and boots to maximize every inch of closet space to make the most of it. I adore my closet space now and it makes me happy to see it neat and organized-thanks to Jessie. It was a delight to work with her as she was so friendly and professional. “Lora Remlinger was my Closet Factory consultant to complete a small walk in closet and two closets that have sliding doors. In addition to that I had a wall unit and desk designed and installed. The wall unit and desk look like a beautiful piece of wood furniture Lora walked me through all my options for organizing the storage in my closets. Two of the closets were rather small but at her suggestion I included a place to hang my jewelry and drawers for my bracelets, earrings etc. She looked at my collection of jewelery and the space she designed was perfect.”
