She listened to my needs, measured, and had installed the perfect floor-to-ceiling closet for my small kitchen appliances and laundry products in the price range I needed. The closet matches the kitchen cabinets in the small laundry room and it is the nicest thing I have ever done for myself.”

“Bought a small second home and decided we needed organizational storage in master closet, master bath, pantry/laundry. On moving day, our rep/designer, Denise, arrived with portfolio, paper, and measuring tools in hand. I have failed to mention the air conditioning unit went down the day before and emergency workmen were installing a new unit as well as three movers bringing in our furnishings.....all in 95 degree temp!! We offered to reschedule but Denise told us she was a trouper and would continue if we were willing! We designed and persevered through the miserable conditions and she did not disappoint! We have aesthetic functional spaces that we love! Denise was highly professional, creative with tiny spaces, and most importantly, was a pleasure to work with! Will not consider anyone else when we're ready for our next project!”

“While working with Sherrin Holder, she demonstrated tremendous professional knowledge. She made sure that we were on the "same page" concerning what I wanted in my new closet. She had the computer skills to accurately measure the room to insure a professional look and feel. We worked well together and I love the finished project. Sherrin and I discussed taking pictures of my closet upon completion in Dec. 2013. Unfortunately, pictures were not taken at that time. I spoke with Sherrin on May 27, 2015, and she apologized for the oversight and offered to come back to my home to take pictures. I declined her offer. I appreciate that The Closet Factory responded to my complaint and called to acknowledge me as a valued customer. Sincerely, Avis Wimberly-Williams”
