This was a walk-in closet about 12 ft long and included shelving for storing linens & toiletries, 3 rows of drawers, 4 sections of hanging space and overhead cabinets for out-of-season clothes and heavy blankets/comforters and one long section for shoes. Simple design making it easy and quick to clean and maintain.”

I didn't realize the importance of nice and organized closet interiors until I purchased a home built in 1915...wow, people had very little clothing or shoes then...so after finding Closets, Etc. on Angie's List (which also gave them 5 stars!) I gave them a call. I had always worried whether I was sacrificing quality in an older house by going with Melamine but changed my mind quickly after seeing the variety of the materials available today. And, after all, they are closets! That hold stuff! So attractiveness was the goal. Having custom wood closet interiors made seemed an unnecessary expense considering what is now an amazing finished product! Things were seamless...Sophia, the owner, came out and measured my meager closets and before I knew it I was sent plannograms in detail and by color of each closet design. And her prices were very competitive. The service and installation was also outstanding. I am especially happy with what was a narrow, almost unusable closet that now holds 200 pairs of shoes. What more could a girl ask for? I would highly recommend Closets, Etc. for any closet project, small (they even installed cubbies in my coat closet for gloves, hats and the unbrellas) to large (an entire basement closet configuration). You won't be disappointed! I had 7 (some full, some partial) closets done for $1800, a bargain....”

Took all necessary measurements and carefully documented my requirements. Made valuable suggestions that saved me money without compromising on quality. The closet was made precisely at the time I was given, no delays. The best part is when it was installed. I absolutely love it! Came out exactly like I wanted, great materials, professional look, and quick and sturdy installation. NO accidental damage to walls. Iggie was timely responding to all communication and followed up to make sure that the closet worked for me well. The last part is the price - I did a lot of research before I came across this business. He was also incredibly patient as we worked together to finalize the plans (we kept changing our minds and he never batted an eye)! Debbie and Jamie were helpful and extremely pleasant each time we called the office or needed something along the way. Our installers, Rocky and Tulsi, were awesome as well. They were beyond friendly, just like Steven, and very skilled. They did a top notch job and the closets look beautiful.
