“Greenbelt Design Elements (GDE) was engaged to design a landscape for our new home in Sun City Texas. Design features requested were plant materials, hardscape elements, Belgard pavers for the 800+ square foot patio, two water features and various stone varieties for ground covers throughout the project. Jason Skaggs met with us at our home and listened to our wishes and wants. During our initial meeting Jason offered guidance and options as we jointly developed a concept. Our concept was unique to the area as we wanted a more contemporary focus to our xeriscape. The final design was presented and incorporated not only our initial wants list but numerous enhancements to the initial concept. Our project is now complete and we are amazed at the transformation. All of our expectations were easily exceeded. GDE is clearly a very competent design firm that is quite capable of creating a design that meets even the most complicated/unique elements. “We hired Centex to replace our existing deck and install three levels of deck around a custom pool being installed by another company. A total of about 1100 sq ft, of decking. Caleb prepared an imaginative design, and helped us with material selection and budget preparation.The only cost overuns were due to change orders( expansions and additional stairs ) requested by us. We received a budget for each change order. The result is a beautiful deck and pool area which has added value to our home and provides a resort like atmosphere for our family and friends.Centex's bid was not the cheapset and not the most expensive. We would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended Caleb and Centex to several of our friends.”

“Mike Perkins of ERS personally did the work on my wooden porch railing which was showing a lot of wear after 25 years. I just wanted the worst parts repaired in order to get a few more years out of it. He understood what I wanted and did what was necessary, The work was completed in about four hours including the clean up. When the time comes to replace the railing I will be contacting Mike again.
