“We contracted Loris to build our new back deck 38 X 12 using a high quality composite board and black aluminum railing from Deck Mart in Woodbridge. We are happy we finally chose to go with composite, rather than wood or pressure treated• lots of decision making. Loris built 2 sets of stairs• we were happy to learn of the feature of adding a little extra width to each step making them extra safe and easy to travel. We loved his plan for laying the composite board. His careful planning made for very little waste. Every single board was cut with great precision. He always shared his great ideas and even came up with better ones. We were able to find him because of the great job he was doing at our neighbours• a beautiful curved retaining wall to their driveway. I know our neighbour researched many companies before making their decision to hire Conzan and we benefited from their research. Loris was great to work with and became a good friend during the project. Needless to say, we were impressed with Loris’ workmanship and personality. “I needed a fence to be installed after adopting 2 puppies. Taylor was able to fit us in to his schedule with short notice. We share common areas with other neighbours and Taylor kept his work space clean and safe for others to pass by if needed. Taylor and his associate were respectful and did not make a lot of noise. The job was finished on time and they cleaned up as if they had not been there.”

“Four years ago I hired Lee Sheds to build a custom 6' X 16' shed for me. He did a marvellous job! I knew he was the right man to build a custom three season room at the back of my yard this year. He just finished it & it's exactly as I pictured it in my mind. I gave him specific instructions & he implemented them to a tee! Although it took longer than initially expected he understood my image & translated it to reality. The quality & detail are exceptional.
