“Mike Perkins of ERS personally did the work on my wooden porch railing which was showing a lot of wear after 25 years. I just wanted the worst parts repaired in order to get a few more years out of it. He understood what I wanted and did what was necessary, The work was completed in about four hours including the clean up. When the time comes to replace the railing I will be contacting Mike again. “Shadeandmore out of Austin just completed our Arcadia Louvered Roof here in the Canyon lake, TX area, as seen in the pictures on this website. After looking a some other options out there, this was an easy choice in regards to durablity, low cost of maintenance, and the 10 year warranty on the work and structure it self. The install took two days. The crew was great, on time, knowlegeble, and keeped us informed and involved throughtout. I would and have recommend this product to my closest friends and family member for sure. Very happy with the purchase!!”

“I contracted Customer Patio Solution to install retractable patio screens and heaters to turn my patio into an outdoor living space. Clay did an excellent job working with us to identify the right products to meet our needs. The installation team came in and completed the install as expected. I did have a few minor adjustments and I contacted the service department (Harry) and he quickly setup a time and had the issues resolved. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them for patio screens and heaters!”
