“Before requesting quotes, I'd seen Live Edge Designs' work in commercial and residential locations. Overall, they create flawless, unique pieces rich in texture of the natural materials and designed in a way that works for comfort and function. Even through the products are high-end and custom (they also have some items ready for purchase), every person there is approachable, friendly and easy to deal with. I found the showroom salespeople and the craftspeople in the back to all be informative and pleasant, offering information without being pushy with the sale. In the end, we didn't go with a live edge table; however, we would like to work their designs into out next project ( bathroom or kitchen). We highly recommend Live Edge Designs, their product design & quality.”

“My husband and I had been shopping around for a mantel and we came across Al at Pacific Living Interiors and saw that he had some. He was helpful with suggestions and accommodating to our needs, came to our home a few times and worked with our contractor who was renovating our fireplace. There were some issues with communication during the process, however, the end result is beautiful and we are thrilled with our new mantel. It has the unique and natural style we were seeking.”

“Modern Coastal Interior, in particular Nenagh is a great place to purchase high quality furniture. Over the last year, I have purchased a bedroom suite, Queen Bed & Two Nightstands from the Kimberley Line as well as Media Unit. As soon as you walk into the store you are welcomed by the happy staff who are more than willing to help and discuss all the options in detail with you , ensuring you make the right decision. Even if you see something but you don't know if it will fit, you can have the sizes adjusted. Even with moving to Calgary, I intend to outfit my new apartment with some of the products from MCI. If you appreciated high quality furniture, I would highly recommend MCI.”

“My husband and I came into your store almost by accident and while we were very interested in purchasing a pair of accent chairs at some point that weekend, we had not expected to do so at your store. However, Heather Cameron engaged our attention within a few moments of arriving on the show floor and the experience we had with her was of very high quality. Heather was persistent with us, but not pushy. She was present whenever we had a question and was able to remove all of our barriers to sale with finesse so that we did not feel pressured. She asked great questions to find out what I wanted, including my overall vision for the room the chairs would go in. She understood my ideas, came up with great colour/fabric suggestions and also made some quick personal connections with us while talking, to help develop the relationship in a comfortable manner (example - when we told her we were from Kamloops, she identified her own origins in Salmon Arm and commiserated with us on the lack of shopping choices). This was just the right level of personal connection to make a customer feel comfortable. She anticipated and resolved all of our problems and concerns patiently and made us feel confident in our purchase. We were very happy, and look forward to picking up our accent chairs when they arrive at the warehouse.”
