My family used Rosete Hardscape for a very large project and they did not disappoint. They were incredibly transparent during the ‘due diligence' process where we vetted three separate companies. Rosete Hardscape, and more specifically Abraham Rosete, went above and beyond their competitors, making multiple onsite visits to ensure they understood what we wanted from a ‘finished product’ perspective. It should be noted that these visits (time and effort) occurred prior to securing the project and were provided free of charge. When walking us through their quote, Abraham provided very granular details behind where every dollar was going, and discussed this live over a 45 minute Zoom video call. Abraham shared brilliant insights/inputs during the design process and he and his team managed to complete the project well ahead of schedule and at budget. If you’ve been fortunate enough to stay at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, try and think back/recall to the exceptional customer service you undoubtedly received. That’s what you get from Rosete Hardscape. A first class ‘customer experience’. My family and I couldn’t be happier and would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Rosete Hardscapes worked on upgrading my back patio. I picked them because I felt they invested the time to really understand my needs, and getting to a final design that ticked all the boxes in a collaborative manner with helpful discussions along the way. I enjoyed contracting with this local family business: they care about their clients - transparent communication throughout, detailed quotes, professional delivery. They also work with other local businesses and project manage all the parties' input - in my case electricians and carpenters. A year into the patio being there, I noticed that the water flow was not quite right after big rainfalls, and the handrail for the stairs had issues - they came back and fixed everything at no extra cost. I am very happy with the final output and highly recommend for your patio/pool needs. A few visitors have commented on how good my patio looks, and mentioned Rosete's name just by looking at it - their reputation precedes them!

During our first meeting, Rafael Rosete understood what our needs were perfectly and he came up with an even better vision and design than what we had in mind, which completely sold us on the project. This made the quotation phase go much more smoothly. He also accompanied us while looking for Stone material and guided us expertly through the material selection process.The planning, project management and execution of the work was just flawless and very efficient. The crew had thought and planned every minor detail and had the correct tools and equipment for the tasks. It was a much bigger project than we had anticipated. The crew finished the project on time even after we added a few last minute requests. And they were always very professional and helpful while fulfilling the new requests.
