“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“After serious water damage that required the demolition of most of our condo's kitchen in the spring of 2012, Jeff from Relevant Homes was our man on the spot. Having to move out of our home for 6 weeks with 2 kids under 3, we knew we wanted to rebuild it to look better than the dated look we had before, but didn't have the time, energy, or aptitude to figure out the details. Jeff stepped in and saved the day, redesigning our entire kitchen with an amazingly cool new layout, color scheme, appliances, cabinetry, lighting, and fixtures.
