“Because of Dan's expertise and thoughtful and beautiful design, we have the kitchen of my dreams. Dan had been highly recommended to me by two friends who had him design their kitchens within the past 20 years as well as by a friend who is involved in artistic design as well. When we began, he visited our home, and we talked quite a while. He listened to my ideas as well as making suggestions of his own. He took measurements, and I could tell how thorough he was. We visited his showroom and then selected cabinets, flooring, tiles, counter tops from sources he knew were reliable. His drawings were beautiful, and although we tweaked a few things as we went along, the final product is even better than the vision we both came up with. He turned a 70's house with an 80's kitchen into a gorgeous, picture-perfect 2016 kitchen. We could not be happier. He was generous with his time, his expertise, his advice and his leadership. His workmen were of the highest caliber. They always showed up on time and did fine work, taking great care with our existing rooms. I recommend Dan Roberts and his crew very highly and without reservation. In fact, I have already given his name to relatives and other friends.”

“I hired Phillips Development to build a ski home for me in a high end ski in out community in Park CIty, Ut. Josh Phillips has an incredible vision for custom built high end homes. He was honest and meticulous about every step from start to finish, no surprises. I especially liked the updated photos of the home placed in my dropbox every week. “We cannot believe the excellent job that Kyle did in replacing a decrepit deck, that was not only hard to look at but also dangerous. We have had construction done on our home recently and in comparison to the other company we were so thrilled with the work that Kyle did. An amazing asset to his work is that he communicated with us every step of the way. When he said he would be here at 8:30 he was here before 8:30 and he would tell us when he was leaving and when he would return. This was very different from our other experiences with other companies. It is wonderful to meet someone with such integrity .....someone who actually takes pride in his work. “Long distance builds take courage, but when we walked into the Gardner Group’s stunning project on Mountain Top Lane (recently featured on Houzz), we suspected there was nothing to fear. What we have learned over the past year is that, working with the Gardner Group, even the Cowardly Lion could enjoy the process. The husband and wife team of Murray Gardner, who has coordinated all engineering, construction, landscaping, HVAC, electrical and automation aspects of our incredibly complex project, and Felicity Gardner, who has worked with us on the interior design choices, have been with us – by phone, by email, and even mini-video – every step of the way. From selecting the ideal lot to choosing the perfect stain for the base and case, they have sought our input when appropriate and never bothered us when we didn’t need to be involved in a decision. In less than a year, they have taken our project from an barren hillside to a nearly finished home. And in all that time, we have not experienced a single stressful moment. Just as the four ton steel beam in the second photo is absorbing all the structural stress of this build, Gardner Group has absorbed all the psychological stress. On any given day there may be 25 people from five different specialties at work on this project, but Murray has managed to keep them all on task and all working happily with one another. Felicity’s acute eye and knowledge of local design resources have meant that we’ve been able to plan an interior that should be as glorious as the views that surround our home…and do it all within our budget. No small feat. And did I mention that, on top of everything, they are two of the loveliest people we have ever met?”
