“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“We recently downsized into a much smaller home which created numerous design challenges. I have never hired a professional interior designer but I knew I was out of my league and contacted Jen at Motif Design Solutions. Jen has done a wonderful job listening and designing around my priorities and lifestyle. She made sure to incorporate all my favorite photos, accessories and key pieces of furniture into her her beautiful design to create a personal and cohesive room! Jen's recommendation to remove our kitchen table and replace it with a beautiful hickory bar top has transformed our very small kitchen into a functional, unique and livable area large enough to accommodate family and friends. Jen is very responsive and communicates with me during every phase of the design process. She has made sure we stayed within our budget and her pricing structure is set up so I can not only afford her services but I'm also getting the best quality furniture and accessories available. We are still several weeks away from completing the first phase of our remodel and I can't wait to see the finished results and start on the next! “It is a joy to work with the Modern Homestead team from start to finish. Their professionalism and dedication to quality, both in service and construction, made my project as easy and enjoyable as possible. This is saying a lot given the scope of work and fact that I made changes in every room of the house, including structural improvements that required onsite engineering. They also finished on schedule and within the original expected budget outside of change orders I requested along the way. Could not recommend them more!”

“I hired Innate Design to handle both the design portion and the renovation of my basement, to prepare my house for the arrival of my 1st baby and also the fact that I became a full time remote employee. Whenever there was an issue, Trent always stepped in and fixed it promptly and courteously, and always made me feel like the job was going to be finished. The end result is nothing short of spectacular! The basement looks incredible now and it is my favorite part of the house.
