Mosby Building Arts
Attic Conversion Contractors in Maryland Heights
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsSeptember 14, 2012
“My husband and I hired Mosby Building Arts to remodel our kitchen and to replace an existing deck with a three season room. I was dreading the thought of construction but the professionals at Mosby from the engineers, to the design crew to the craftsmen who worked on our project made the entire process flow so smoothly that before I knew it we had our marvelous living space redone and enjoying the fact that it was so much more functional than it had been before. Mosby took a great deal of time in the planning stages of our project, asking questions about what we liked about our living space and what things we wanted to change. With such great dialogue and attention to detail, we were able to create a kitchen, laundry room and three season room that is MUCH better suited to our work flow, entertainment habits, and daily needs than the original home layout. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. I would recommend Mosby to anyone who is looking to make their home a better place to live.”
Agape Construction
Attic Conversion Contractors in Maryland Heights
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsFebruary 20, 2013
“Agape was extremely professional and service oriented. They provided high quality work and finished the project at the deadline they projected. Every person we worked with was polite and skilled. Our screened porch exceeded our expectations. We had an issue with someone we hired separately to do our flooring (not recommended by Agape) and Agape stepped in when we had issues with them and completed loose ends when the flooring company refused to come back at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Agape and use them again for any future projects.”
Dana King Design Build Remodeling
Attic Conversion Contractors in Maryland Heights
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsFebruary 6, 2013
“I enjoyed working with Dana as she helped reconfigure my space into something I had never even imagined a couple years ago. Her resources are professionals who do the job right AND are decently priced- hard to find these days. She has lots of great ideas, but as long as you tell her upfront what your budget is she will stay within your parameters. We are in the process of fixing up a house and have asked her to help with this project too. Already so excited!”
Nistenhaus Design LLC
Attic Conversion Contractors in Maryland Heights
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsNovember 4, 2016
“The Nistenhaus gentleman are outstanding. They are fun to do business with and have great style. No two projects look alike. They really listened to what we wanted and made our house look like it belonged in a magazine. It was still OUR style, which was amazing. They are also hardworking and efficient. The projects they completed with us were done in no time.”

LU Design Build

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJuly 15, 2017
“Skilled craftsman. Professional, efficient, courteous. I initially hired a contractor that completely failed me and created more problems. LU Design Build not only fixed the mess they walked into, but actually made the process enjoyable! I absolutely love my new kitchen/living area!”
HomeMatters Alliance, LLC
Attic Conversion Contractors in Maryland Heights
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsDecember 13, 2016
“We hired HomeMatters Alliance to renovate our kitchen. Very pleased with the final result. There were a few minor problems that the owner of the company came back over to fix himself. The cabinets were made in Missouri & quartz countertops were made in USA (which was a big deal for us). The quality of work done by the carpenters, electricians & tile setters was excellent. We have had many friends & neighbors comment on our beautiful kitchen & ask who did the job. We are happy to tell them "Kevin Franklin with HomeMatters Alliance".”

C&S Custom Building LLC
Attic Conversion Contractors in Maryland Heights
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJanuary 17, 2016
“After visiting several well known kitchen and bath firms in the St. Louis metro area, I followed a suggestion from our custom builder, Chris Bednarek of C&S Custom Builders, and called Jeff Carapella of Custom Wood Products. Jeff offered quality cabinet choices, design guidance, and personal service all within a reasonable price range. He will work with one's own designer or architect without being obstructive. We love the high quality cabinets and his help with counter top and backsplash choices was priceless. Jeff was more than patient as I tend to work the deisgn process full circle a couple of times around just to make sure it is really what I want to live with for many years; re-arraging the layout, moving from wood tones, to paint colors, to white and back again. Enough to drive most crazy but he understood. Jeff was very helpful with the process. White was the final choice as our kitchen area receives a grey light in the late afternoon and I wanted the area to remain fresh and bright looking late in the day and winter months. I did not want too yellow or too grey a shade of white. This meant looking and searching for the perfect "white" which Jeff found in the end. The result is happy, fresh and just what I wanted. It is a timeless design.”
