“We wanted to remodel the kitchen and my brother recommended calling Pure Builders. He said Pure Builders were real professionals. Their designers were really knowledgeable. They were very careful with the flow of the design. Eli from Pure Builders really listened to what we wanted. We saw the 3D design plan he came up with and we hired them. The design blended with the existing decor of our house. Eli really puts in a lot of effort with the design. When they started their crews were really good. They checked in with us and answered all our questions as the kitchen remodeling progressed. Good company for your remodeling projects! Thanks, Eli!”

“It really was absolutely wonderful having My Home Builders transform our never- been-updated kitchen &baths into simply gorgeous, functional, light filled spaces that are now the envy of our family, friends, and neighbors. During our first meeting with Roy, he listened carefully to my color preferences and lengthy wish list in order to come up with a design plan for each of my three rooms. and then, at our next meeting, I was able to view 3D computer images of how the finished rooms would look like, and to say I was astonished to see he'd included every item on my wish list. starting From demo to completion - always ahead of schedule. and by the way - Roy kept us well Informed about every step of the work. This was super important to us. He came early each day to meet with the work crew and us, and was always available by phone / text as well. The project foreman, and his entire crew were super friendly and polite, so it was a pleasure having them in our home each and every day. And true to his word, Roy made certain we were both satisfied with every detail before the job was fully completed. - Since I tend to be very particular, I was thrilled to work with such a company that also shares my views of a job well done!! It's superior quality work, at not a penny more than the contracted price that was completed on time. My Home Builders is the best choice you can make for all your remodeling needs. Good luck in your decision making”

“It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. Job sites were always clean, secure and active. Fun for the kids to watch from a distance. We are very happy with the quality of work, craftsmanship quality and highly recommended. We love having parties at the house and enjoying the backyard pool. Showing it off!!”

US Home Developers Inc.

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“These guys are one of the best building and design firms in the industry. They operate under complete transparency and assist in the design process to meet budget. Most experience I've had with designers and architect firms is that they either design your project way out of budget, making it impossible for the builder, or their designs look terrible and they blame it on budget. Not the case with Eddie and his team. Top quality designs that can meet any budget and complete communication that meet expectations every time. I love these guys and have referred everyone I know to them!!”

“We needed someone to come in to correct a large two-story addition to our home that was built completely improperly by a previous contractor. The original work done was so bad that it had also affected major parts of the original home, created major water leakage, etc. Our home was in distress and my wife was pregnant with our second child. We were desperate and our backs were against the wall. The work done by Oz and his team was immaculate. Not only did he come in and give an incredibly fair and comprehensive quote (i.e. he did NOT take advantage of us financially from the beginning, and he could have), but he went over and above what he included in the quote, and just did what was necessary as he uncovered 'hidden issues' from the previous contractor, and he didn't charge us extra for them. When we asked for a change that we wanted to the scope, he always tried his utmost to do the best for us in terms of cost and time. This guy literally saved our butts when we needed someone the most, not to mention tens of thousands of dollars. Beyond all of that, the greatest compliment I can give him (and the reason anyone who is considering using him should do it rather than using anyone else), is this guy is honorable. Its in his character, and he puts that before money. He is a consummate professional with incredible knowledge and experience, and an absolutely impeccable conscience. In fact, when he first came onto the job site in our home, he refused to touch or do anything or accept any money from us for the work, until we had assured that there was no mold and everything was remediated completely, as he told us that 'he would never expose his guys to that danger, and it would be just as dangerous for us, especially for a pregnant woman'. When we were in a very tough situation, he stepped up and took ownership and control of the problems someone else had caused (a difficult and risky proposition), and he just fixed everything for us. I think you would be extremely hard-pressed to find any other contractor with the body of knowledge, experience and character as this man has, and I will never forget what he did for me and my family. Everyone knows that building/remodeling projects can be stressful and painful. Do your future self a favor and use him. When you look back at your project, you will be glad you did.”
Kofler Design Build

“I have been living In Mar-vista CA/West LA area for over 30 years. My house is about 3,000 Square feet and I have procrastinated renovating it for a very long time. I was very concerned with finding a reputable construction company as I heard so many horror stories related to this industry. I was so lucky to be referred to “kofler design build” by a close friend I trusted very much. I met with Asaf, and with no time my worries fated away. He asked me all the right questions, took notes and open my eyes to the possibilities at hand. What I liked most was that he wasn’t pushy in any fashion and told me to take my time and think things through. My main focus was on the kitchen, flooring, master bath and powder room. Within two days, Asaf emailed me a detailed proposal that fully explained the project. He of course included the total price as well as a fair stage payment process. I called him up and told him “Let’s do it”. He sent me all the documents to review and had me signed them via DocSign, at my own privacy, which was another very comforting factor. (Especially after having a guy from a different company that wouldn’t leave until I signed his contract – Terrible) After several days we met with his amazing cabinet maker to work on the kitchen design and schedule the official start date. A week later demolition started. I never imagine anyone paying so much attention to cover walls, floors, doors etc.. before the they start demolition. His crew finished all the demolition, haul away and cleaning up in one day! (WOW) The crew members and his foreman were at the house every day at 7:45 am, waiting to come in at 8:00 am sharp. The work was professional and the attention to detail was remarkable. Cabinets came out better than I thought. We had one issue with the counter tops, where the island counter broke. Asaf took care of it right away and three days later they came back to install a new one, no questions asked. Asaf Helped me with all the fixtures selection and was able to save me quite a bit of money on most of them including all the tiles. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that each day about 20/30 minutes before they finished for the day, his workers stopped everything and clean-up the work area. I am very sensitive to dust and so I found this incredibly thoughtful. The project was done in just under six weeks about a week before schedule. I don’t have much experience in renovating so it’s hard for me to compare this company to other companies, but I can most definitely say that my experience exceeded my expectations and was very, very good!
