Not only was it amazing to work with one person from the very beginning right through to the end, but Ian's eye for detail resulted in a gorgeous and comfortable home. The project was virtually stress free for us as Ian oversaw every aspect. My husband and I described our dream house to Ian and he came through for us from concept to completion. Ian finished on time and on budget which seemed contrary to what everyone told us when we began the endeavor. “We recently engaged Corbet Custom Design to fully renovate our 2,700 square foot apartment and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This was a large job which included complete gutting of all rooms and replacement of all fixtures, appliances, cabinets, flooring, windows and decking. The main living space was transformed from a compartmentalized, outdated design to a bright and airy, open plan layout. Tracy was attentive to every detail from earliest planning to occupancy permit. Tracy starts with a fabulous sense of design. Every space, every colour, every texture and nuance are carefully considered and delivered to perfection. Yet she is always budget conscious. Overseeing all materials, fixtures, appliances, cabinets and sub trades, Tracy kept us on track with our costs throughout the 5 month job. And she finished right on schedule, which allowed us to move on the planned date. All the while, Tracy oversaw every detail of our renovation, ensuring the work was complete to the highest standards. The end result is so much more beautiful and livable that we had ever imagined. This is where we believe Tracy’s true vision is proven. “Matt and Lucan are awesome! Here is why I mean it. 1. They delivered the project as promised, on time, and as per the financial estimates 2. The quality of their work is precise and they raised the bar quite high 3. They were really cooperative and helped me to find the best balance between the cost and final product (no compromises with the quality). The 3D design models they used were really the selling point of their project. My wife and I were 100% in once we saw the pictures of our “future” backyard.
